  • How long until my items arrive?
    See shipping section / check tracking link. Domestic = 3–7 business days; international = 7–21 business days (or more).

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes (if supported). If your country doesn’t appear, contact us and we’ll try to enable shipping.

  • How do I return or exchange an item?
    Contact our support within 14 days (or timeframe), get return authorization, ship back in original condition.

  • Are there restocking fees?
    Sometimes a small restocking fee may apply (e.g. for large/oversized items), stated upfront.

  • When will I be refunded?
    Once we receive and inspect, refunds to original method in ~3–5 business days (or per bank).

  • What if my package is lost or stolen?
    Check with carrier, then contact us for assistance with claims.

  • Can I cancel or modify my order?
    Must be done before shipment; contact support immediately. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Do you charge customs/duties?
    International orders may incur import duties or customs fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • How do I track my order?
    Use the tracking number provided via email; or log into your account to see order status.
