Product Exchange Policy

1.    The company is pleased to accept product exchanges within 7 business days from the date the customer signs to receive the product. If this time period is exceeded, the company reserves the right not to accept exchanges/returns.

2.    Customers may request exchanges/returns by shipping the product back to the company. The product to be exchanged/returned must be in perfect condition, undamaged from use. The product condition must not have changed in any way, including price tags, brand labels, documentation manuals must remain intact, and be packed in the original packaging in the same condition as when the company delivered it to the customer, along with proof of purchase. Customers may exchange/return products in the following cases: 

2.1 Wrong model, color, or size delivered to the customer, as referenced by the purchase order evidence

2.2 Product delivered has different characteristics or no similarity to the product images displayed on the product details page 

2.3 Product delivered in damaged, defective condition, or unusable from the time of receipt

The company reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of products returned by customers before sending replacement products.

The company reserves the right not to accept returns in cases such as: customer dissatisfaction with the product, customer wanting to exchange for a different model, or customer ordering the wrong model (though exchanges may be possible).

The company reserves the right not to accept exchanges/returns for pre-order items.

The company reserves the right to accept product exchanges only under the policies and conditions as determined by the company.
