Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery (or a timeframe you specify).

  • Items must be in unused, undamaged condition, in original packaging, with tags (if applicable).

  • Custom, personalized, or digital items may be final sale and non-returnable.

Return Process

  • Request a return by contacting customer service (via email or a return request link).

  • Once approved, a Return Authorization (RA) will be issued.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost (unless the item was defective or shipped in error).

  • Always use a traceable shipping method and insure the package.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days (or per bank/credit card processing timelines).

  • Shipping charges (original outbound shipping) are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be allowed (subject to inventory).

  • To exchange, you return the original item and place a new order or request a replacement.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time (e.g. 7 days) with supporting evidence (photos).

  • We’ll arrange replacement or refund, and cover any return shipping cost.
