Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery (or a timeframe you specify).

Items must be in unused, undamaged condition, in original packaging, with tags (if applicable).

Custom, personalized, or digital items may be final sale and non-returnable.
Return Process

Request a return by contacting customer service (via email or a return request link).

Once approved, a Return Authorization (RA) will be issued.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost (unless the item was defective or shipped in error).

Always use a traceable shipping method and insure the package.
Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days (or per bank/credit card processing timelines).

Shipping charges (original outbound shipping) are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges

Exchanges may be allowed (subject to inventory).

To exchange, you return the original item and place a new order or request a replacement.
Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time (e.g. 7 days) with supporting evidence (photos).

We’ll arrange replacement or refund, and cover any return shipping cost.
