Order Processing

• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).

• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be indicated on the product page.

Shipping Options & Cost

• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

• Multiple shipping methods may be offered (standard, express, overnight).

• International shipping may be available; if not automatically offered, customers should contact support for a quote.

Delivery Time

• Domestic delivery: typically 3–7 business days depending on carrier and location.

• International delivery: may take 7–21 business days (or more), depending on customs and local courier.

• Delivery estimates are not guarantees; delays can occur due to customs, weather, or other logistical issues.

Tracking & Confirmation

• After shipment, customers receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.

• If an order is split into multiple shipments, each will receive a separate tracking notice.

Failure to Deliver / Lost Packages

• If the tracking status shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact the carrier first.

• If the carrier is unable to locate it, contact our support team to assist with claims.

• Maker-Mart is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer-provided errors.
