PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Woodbond 30 is a high viscosity wood adhesive. it is a shelf stable, one component polyvinyl acetate emulsion that is recommended for high frequency and hot or cold press, edge and face gluing and finger joint applications. With its long open time and fast setting property, Woodbond 20 is suit for machine apply and manual apply with roller and brush.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Edge gluing: Adhesive coverage is 200-300 g/sqm. The best result is obtained with double side coating
• Finger joint: 100-250 g/sqm.
• Veneer: 80-250 g/sqm.
• The open time varies with substrates to be bonded, adhesive to be applied, temperature and humidity.
Generally at 30°C, the open and close assembly time is 5 - 10 min respectively with the above mentioned coverage.
• Typical press times range from 30 minutes to two hours. Press times should be determined under plant conditions.
